Event Marketing Guidelines

Please use the following image guidelines for concert and event advertisements on the Numbers Website, and related marketing channels. When providing graphics for your event, please provide the following images:
1) Numbers Nightclub Website Event Banner
2) Facebook & Instagram image

GRAPHICS

      – resolution: 1920px W by 1080px H 72px/in
      – max file size: 200kb max
      – .jpg file format

CONTENT
      – Event Title (main performer or band name, event title etc.)
      – Event Subtitle as needed ( opening band(s) / DJs )
      – Event Date in format:    January 15, 2021
      – Numbers ‘DIGITAL’ logo

NOTE: All event details will be included on the website’s event page. Event details do not need to appear on the website event fliers.

Facebook & Instagram Image

Numbers markets events primarily on both Facebook and Instagram.
Providing properly formatted images for your event will assist our crew in our marketing for your event

GRAPHICS
– resolution: 1×1 image, 1500px X 1500px min (2500px x 2500px maximum)
– max file size 200kb

CONTENT
– Event Title
– Event Subtitle as needed ( opening band(s) / DJs )
– Event Date in format: January 15, 2021
– Basic event info can be added such as show time, ‘all ages’, production crew, etc.

Tips

For both designs, all text should still be legible if the image is scaled down to 400px by 400px to ensure the best mobile viewing experience.
